Speechwriting includes all work from assignment to delivery and post-delivery tasks. That means all drafting and revision, and preparation of remarks for delivery and post-delivery distribution or publication.

Presentation work includes master and slide-by-slide design recommendations and refinements based on client input, preferences, and refinements. Work includes broad talking points or speaking notes necessary or requested for an effective engagement.

Project management includes all coordination with host and client (in person, phone conference, or email), audience analysis, development or refinement of objectives, messages, and key points and associated recommendations to client. For presentation, project management includes logistical coordination with host (determination of audio-visual support available). Project management is a necessary part of speechwriting and presentation design.
